FFAW-Unifor Support Request for Search and Rescue Efforts to Continue

September 20, 2021

September 20, 2021 – On behalf of staff and membership of FFAW-Unifor, our thoughts are with the families of Marc Freeman Russell and Joey Jenkins, as they remain missing off the coast of Labrador since Friday September 17th. While search and rescue efforts have been extensive, FFAW-Unifor stands in solidarity and support the request of the Russell and Jenkins families for the search and rescue mission to be maintained to bring the men home to their families, friends, and community.
