NOTICE OF NOMINATION AND ELECTION FOR INTERIM EXECUTIVE BOARD VACANCIES 

Two seats on the Executive Board are currently vacant and as a result an interim nomination and election process will take place per the terms of the Constitution. 

1. Secretary-Treasurer: All members in good standing are eligible to be nominated or be a nominator. If more than one candidate is nominated, the seat will be voted on by Joint Council. 
2. Industrial Retail Offshore Non-Fish: All members in good standing in the identified workplaces listed below are eligible to be nominated or be a nominator, and if more than one candidate is nominated, the seat will be voted on by all members in good standing in this sector. 

The nomination period for both seats will open on July 22 and close on August 7, 2026. Additional information can be found in the Notice of Nomination and Election.
