Fixed Gear (Barr/Tuck Seine) Herring Fishery Closing in Conception Bay and the Southern Shore (HFA 7 & 8)
DFO advises that the Fixed Gear (Barr/Tuck Seine) Herring fishery will close on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 2000 hours in Conception Bay and Southern Shore (Herring Fishing Area 7 and 8).
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region, gives notice that Variation Order 2024-079 has been revoked and Variation Order 2024-101 comes into effect on June 28, 2024.
