ATLANTIC HALIBUT FISHERY OPENING IN DIVISION 4R – QUEBEC BASED VESSELS
DFO advises that the Atlantic Halibut fishery in NAFO Division 4R for Quebec-based vessel classes A901 to A948 will open at 1200 hours EDT on May 30, 2023 and close 2359 hours EDT on August 25, 2023.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2023-073 has been revoked and Variation Order 2023-090 comes into effect at 1030 hours on May 30, 2023.
