MEETING FOR FISH HARVESTERS ON WEST COAST IN STEPHENVILLE ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 11

Stephenville
Start Time: December 13, 2023 5:26 pm

Following delays at the provincial level and repeated requests from the FFAW, World Energy GH2 has agreed to hold a consultation meeting with fish harvesters who are affected by proposed onshore wind farms in Port au Port and Codroy Valley and ammonia plant in Stephenville.

FFAW members are invited to attend this in person meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 4pm at the World Energy Community Office at 13 Tennessee Drive, Stephenville.

Questions and concerns regarding the potential for offshore dredging and refuse spilling on fishing grounds should be raised by harvesters and addressed by World Energy representatives at this time. For additional information please contact kpower@ffaw.ca.
