CRAB RALLY MARCH 21 IN GRAND FALLS WINDSOR

March 20, 2025

There will be a rally tomorrow, March 21, 2025, at 9:30 am outside of the DFO building in Grand Falls Windsor, to demand a fair decision on 3K crab by Minister Joanne Thompson – St. John’s East.

Crab harvesters are calling attention to the contradictory science that threatens to dramatically cut the 3k quota. With a management plan expected by Friday and federal election plans expected this weekend, harvesters are urging Minister Thompson to make the right decision before parliament is dissolved.

DFO is located at 4a Bayley St in Grand Falls Windsor.
