ARBITRATOR REJECTS FFAW GRIEVANCE ON CRAB REBATE; LEADERSHIP MEETING IN AM TO DETERMINE NEXT STEPS

The Union has received the arbitrator’s decision on the grievance regarding the calculation of 30lb boxes in the 2025 rebate calculation. The arbitrator has denied the grievance. The Inshore Council and Negotiating Committee will be meeting tomorrow to determine next steps. An update will communicate to members when available.
