Winter Flounder (Blackback) Opening in NAFO Divisions 3KL
DFO advises that the Winter flounder (Blackback) fishery in NAFO Divisions 3KL will open at 0600 hours on July 5, 2026.
Licence conditions will be available soon on the National Online Licensing System (NOLS).
