New Conditions of Licence available for the Inshore Mobile (otter trawl) fleet for the 2J3KL Northern cod fishery
DFO advises that current licence conditions for the 2J3KL Northern cod inshore mobile-gear (otter trawl) fleet will be no longer valid after October 31. New licence are available on the National Online Licensing System (NOLS), and will come into effect on November 1, 2026. The 2J3KL Northern cod inshore mobile gear season is scheduled to close April 14, 2027, or until the fleet allocation is taken.
