Greenland Halibut (Turbot) Inshore Longline Test Fishery Opening in 3K & 3L

 

DFO advises that the Greenland Halibut (Turbot) Inshore Longline Test fishery in NAFO Divisions 3K and 3L will open on September 10, 2023 at 0600 hours for those harvesters who have been issues permits in the following vessel classes:

 

A158, A159

 

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2023-242 has been revoked and Variation Order 2023-250 comes into effect on September 8, 2023.
