ATLANTIC HALIBUT FISHERY OPENING IN DIVISION 4R – QUEBEC BASED VESSELS
DFO advises that the Atlantic Halibut fishery in NAFO Division 4R for Quebec-based vessel classes A520 and A701 to A900 will open at 0001 hours EDT on July 14, 2024 and close 2359 hours EDT on October 5, 2024.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2024-113 has been revoked and Variation Order 2024-129 comes into effect on July 13, 2024.
