3NO Fixed Gear White Hake Opening
DFO advises that the Inshore fishery in NAFO Divisions 3NO for White hake for vessels using gillnets and longline will open on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 0600 hours.
This applies to vessel classes A250, A251, A253, A254, A256, A257, A259, A260, A262, A263, A265, A266, A268, A269, A271 and A272.
Licence conditions can be obtained by emailing Robynn.Earle@dfo-mpo.gc.ca
Fish harvesters are reminded that all licence holders are required to provide a Daily Report of your fishing activity.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region, gives notice that Variation Order 2023-304 has been revoked and Variation Order 2024-103 comes into effect on June 29, 2024.
