Period 2 of 4R Atlantic Halibut Sustainability Plan Fishery Starting July 5th

July 5 – Period 2 of the 4R Atlantic Halibut Sustainability Plan Fishery starts TODAY, July 5th, with over 200 harvesters throughout the region participating. FFAW-Unifor is reminding all harvesters that a few thousand fish have been tagged via the Gulf-Wide Tagging Survey over the past several years, and each return provides invaluable information.
Please return tag(s) with date, location / depth & size.
