Meeting for 3L Inshore
FFAW will be holding a meeting for all 3L Inshore Snow Crab Harvesters on Friday, March 24 at 9:30am at the Ramada Inn (Kenmount Road) in St. John’s. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Precautionary Approach (PA) and the upcoming 2023 season. Greg Pretty and Jason Spingle will be in attendance. All harvesters are invited to attend.
3L MOBILE FLEET SMALL PELAGICS MEETING
There will be a meeting at the Quality Inn Clarenville at 2pm on Tuesday March 21st for ALL Mobile Fleet Small Pelagics Harvesters (Caplin,Herring,Mackrel). Staff Representative Miranda Butler will be in attendance.
3L TURBOT MEETING
There will be a meeting for ALL 3L Turbot Harvesters in Clarenville at 10am on Friday, March 17th at the Clarenville Inn. A re-election of the turbot working group will be had at this time. The meeting originally scheduled for last week in Clarenville for Inshore Trinity Bay Harvesters has been rescheduled for Thursday March 2 at 9:30am at the Clarenville Inn.
3L SMALL SUPPLEMENTARY CRAB FLEET MEETING
FFAW will be holding a meeting for 3L Small Supplementary Crab Harvesters on Friday, March 3rd, at 10am at the Whitbourne Lions Club.
Staff Representative Miranda Butler and Price negotiations manager Jake Rice will be in attendance.
Discussions on Science, the Precautionary Approach for Crab and a Brief Market update will be had.
