Lump Roe Rebate

The lump roe rebate for 2022 has been calculated at $0.07 per pound. The market performed only slightly above the initial price per barrel of $840, for a final amount of $866. The less than ideal market performance is certainly a disappointment for fish harvesters. More work must be done to improve markets for the product and ensure fish harvesters obtain a fair price for their catch.
