Fixed Gear Herring Fishery Closing – Bonavista Bay and Trinity Bay (Area 5 and 6)

 

DFO advises that the fixed gear herring (bar/tuck seine) fishery for Bonavista Bay and Trinity Bay, (Herring Fishing Areas 5 and 6) will close at 22:00 hours on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

 

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2021-109 has been revoked and Variation Order 2021-112 comes into effect on June 29, 2021.
