Fixed Gear Herring Fishery Closing for BAR/TUCK SEINE in Bonavista Bay and Trinity Bay (HFA 5 & 6)

 

DFO advises that the Fixed Gear Herring (bar/tuck seine) fishery for Bonavista Bay and Trinity Bay, (Herring Fishing Areas 5 and 6) will close at 2000 hours on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

 

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2022-078 has been revoked and Variation Order 2022-097 comes into effect at 1400 hours on June 30, 2022.
